RCC Reservation

Relay Conference Captioning (RCC) is intended for the residents of Wyoming.

RCC is available:

  • 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM - Monday through Friday

  • 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM - Saturday

One RCC reservation allows multiple users to join the same link and read captions of your event (conference call, video meeting or webinar). 

 

Hosts should join 10 - 15 minutes prior to the start of a call to ensure captioning services are in place for the meeting.

 

The minimum system requirements to use RCC services are:

  • Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari, with cookies and JavaScript enabled

  • Microsoft Windows 10 or OS X

  • A high-speed Internet connection

How to Cancel a Scheduled RCC Event

We understand that cancellations or event changes may occur. Cancellations or event changes must be received within 24 hours of an event. Please e-mail us at captioning@t-mobile.com and let us know of the change or cancellation.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Reserving RCC

If your event is a:

  • Conference call – get dial-in phone number and access code, if needed.

  • Video meeting or webinar – get meeting link URL, conference/meeting ID and password, if needed.

 

Reserve RCC at least 48 hours in advance (two business days).
We will make our best effort to cover events requested with less than 2 business days notice.

Scheduling an RCC Event

  • Go to wyomingrcc.com or click the Book an Event button (see above right). 

 

  • Fill out name and contact information (1):

  • Read and check both Acknowledgement statements (2):​

  • Fill out your event information such as (3):

    • Select Conference Call or Video Meeting/Webinar

    • Complete Event details with phone number to dial or meeting link information

    • Event Title

  • Fill out a date and time of event (4):

  • Choose to allow participants  (5)

    • To view and save a transcript *

    • To view a transcript *

    • Not to view or save a transcript

  • An e-mail confirmation is sent soon after event is scheduled. If confirmation email is not received, check spam or junk mail folder.

* NOTE: The unique RCC link is available up to 24 hours after the start of the meeting to view and/or save transcript.

Captioning Accuracy

For the most efficient captioning, please submit information such as names of attendees, agenda, speaker notes and PowerPoints by replying to your RCC confirmation email prior to your scheduled conference call, video meeting or webinar.​
